Feed-in fees and standing charges
In the overview below, the feed-in fee and the standing charge per energy supplier can be found. Among other things, we discuss the feed-in fees at Budget Energie and at Essent.

Anode
The energy generated that is used for own consumption, or is fed back to Anode Energie, is fully offset under net metering.
Anode Energie provides a feed-in fee based on the bare supply rate if more is generated than consumed. The bare supply rate can vary.
Standing charge for private customers:
Electricity
At Anode Energie, customers pay a standing charge for electricity of € 2,42 per month (this is € 29,04 per year). The standing charge is moreover per connection and applies to a fixed contract of 1, 2 or 3 years and a variable contract.
Gas
For gas, a standing charge of 2,38 euros per month applies. That is 29,88 euros per year. The standing charge applies to a fixed contract of one year, two years, three years or a variable contract. These rates assume one connection.
All amounts include VAT, energy tax and network charges.

Electricity and gas
For business customers, the standing charge rate is determined per customer. The rate is available on request for a quote.

If more energy is generated than consumed, Delta provides a fee without energy tax and sustainable energy surcharge (ODE). This rate excludes VAT.

Gas

Dong Energy has now been fully taken over by Eneco. All arrangements regarding net metering and feed-in fees are therefore the same as those of Eneco.

Essent
Net metering and feed-in fee
Energy generated for own consumption or feed-in is fully offset under net metering.
If more energy is generated than consumed, Essent provides 8,00 cents per kWh*, excluding energy tax and sustainable energy surcharge, up to a maximum feed-in of 10.000 kWh. The rate excludes VAT**.
With an annual feed-in greater than 10.000 kWh, Essent pays 4,00 euro cents per kWh*, excluding energy tax, sustainable energy surcharge and VAT**.
*The feed-in rate is valid from 1 August 2014.
**As a result of market developments, these rates may be changed periodically.
Private customers and small business customers:
Electricity
Standing charge for electricity, with a variable or fixed contract (1, 3 and 5 years), is €3,50 per month / €42,- per year, per connection.
Gas
Standing charge for gas, with a variable or fixed contract (1, 3 and 5 years), is €3,50 per month / €42,- per year, per connection.
Please note: standing charge rates are different if only electricity, or only gas, is purchased from Essent: € 3,85 per month / € 46,20 per year per connection.
Large business standing charge:
Business standing charge rates are determined per customer and are available on request for a quote.

E.ON
Net metering and feed-in fee
Energy generated for own consumption or feed-in is fully offset under net metering.
If more energy is generated than consumed, E.ON applies a feed-in fee of €0,07 per kWh, excluding VAT.
The standing charge rates mentioned are per product (gas or electricity).
Private customers:
The standing charge for electricity or gas with a fixed contract (1, 2 or 3 years) at E.ON is € 7,98 per month (€ 95,76 per year) per connection.
The standing charge for electricity or gas with a variable contract at E.ON is € 5,89 per month (€ 71,76 per year) per connection.
Self-employed:
The self-employed standing charge for electricity or gas with a fixed contract (1 or 3 years) at E.ON is € 3,30 per month (€ 39,60 per year) per connection.
The self-employed standing charge for electricity or gas with a variable contract at E.ON is € 2,47 per month (€ 29,64 per year) per connection.
SMEs:
The SME standing charge for electricity or gas with a fixed contract (1 or 3 years) at E.ON is € 6,19 per month (€ 74,28 per year) per connection.
The SME standing charge for electricity or gas with a variable contract at E.ON is € 2,47 per month (€ 29,64 per year) per connection.
Large business:
Business standing charge rates are determined per customer and are available on request for a quote.

Energy generated for own consumption or feed-in is fully offset under net metering.
If more energy is generated than consumed, Eneco offers a feed-in fee of €0.0920 per kWh, including VAT.
Private customers:
The standing charge at Eneco is €2,86 per month (€ 34,32 per year) per connection and per product.
Business:
The SME/self-employed standing charge at Eneco is €4,39 per month (€ 52,86 per year) per connection and per product.
Large business standing charge:
Business standing charge rates are determined per customer and are available on request for a quote.

If more energy is generated than consumed, Energiedirect.nl provides a feed-in fee based on the bare supply rate. This rate excludes VAT.
Standing charge for business customers:
The standing charge at Energiedirect.nl is € 3,75 per month incl. VAT (€ 45,01 per year incl. VAT) per connection and per product, for both private and business customers.

Standing charge for business customers:

Greenchoice
Net metering and feed-in fee
Energy generated for own consumption or feed-in is fully offset under net metering.
If more energy is generated than consumed, Greenchoice pays a feed-in fee based on the bare supply rate. This amount is inclusive of VAT.
Margin rule
Greenchoice applies a margin rule. This means that customers may feed back up to 1000 kWh net per year for a fee that is inclusive of energy tax. This scheme only applies to customers who have a digital meter. Greenchoice also reserves the right to change this scheme unilaterally.
Standing charge for private customers:
The standing charge for a residential contract with Greenchoice 100% Nederlandse Wind (fixed rates for up to 1 or 3 years) is € 2,90 per month (€ 37,50 per year) per connection and per product.
The residential standing charge for a Greenchoice Kortingsgarantie contract with variable rates is € 3,25 per month (€ 39,- per year) per connection and per product.
All rates are inclusive of VAT, energy tax and the sustainable energy surcharge (ODE).
Standing charge for business customers:
A distinction is made between small-scale consumption and large-scale consumption.
The standing charge for business customers with a small-scale consumption connection is €2,40 per month €28,80 per year and per product.
The standing charge for business customers with a large-scale consumption connection is €10,- per month / €120,- per year and per product.
The business rates are exclusive of VAT, energy tax and the sustainable energy surcharge (ODE). In addition, these rates only apply to contracts taken out via an online sign-up.

Huismerk Energie
Net metering and feed-in fee
Energy generated for own consumption or feed-in is fully offset under net metering.
If more energy is generated than consumed, Huismerk Energie pays a feed-in fee based on the bare supply rate. This amount is inclusive of VAT for residential customers and exclusive of VAT for business customers.
Standing charge for private customers:
The standing charge at Huismerk Energie for residential customers is € 5,75 per month (€ 69,- per year) per connection and per product.
Standing charge for business customers:
The standing charge at Huismerk Energie for business customers is € 4,75 per month (€ 57,- per year) per connection and per product. This amount is exclusive of VAT.

Innova Energie
Net metering and feed-in fee
Energy generated for own consumption or feed-in is fully offset under net metering.
If more energy is generated than consumed, Innova Energie pays a feed-in fee based on the bare supply rate. This rate is exclusive of VAT.
Innova Energie applies a maximum for feeding back. If more than 10.000 kWh per year is fed back, a special contract is drawn up in which the fees are set.
Standing charge for residential and business customers
The standing charge at Innova Energie for both residential and business customers is € 5,95 per month (€ 71,40,- per year) per connection and per product. This rate is inclusive of VAT and inclusive of the ODE levy.

Kas Energie
Net metering and feed-in fee
For the time being, Kas Energie has no clear guidelines on its website regarding net metering and the associated feed-in fees.
Standing charge for private customers:
The standing charge for electricity (residential) at Kas Energie is € 4,84 per month (€ 58,08 per year).
The standing charge for gas (residential) at Kas Energie is € 3,04 per month (€ 36,48 per year).
Standing charge for business customers:
Business standing charge rates are determined per customer and are available on request for a quote.

Main Energie
Net metering and feed-in fee
Up to a maximum of the amount of electricity the customer has taken from the grid, own consumption and feed-in are fully netted at Main Energie.
If more energy is generated than consumed, it can be fed back at the following rates (2017):
Normal: €0,050
Off-peak: €0,030
Single: €0,045
(valid 01-01-2017 to 31-12-2017)
This rate is exclusive of energy tax and VAT.
Standing charge for private customers:
The standing charge at Main Energie for residential customers who only take electricity is € 4,84 per month (€ 58,08 per year).
The standing charge at Main Energie for residential customers who take both electricity and gas is € 8,48 per month (€ 101,76 per year).

Nederlandse Energie Maatschappij (NLE)

If more energy is generated than consumed, the Nederlandse Energie Maatschappij pays a feed-in fee based on the bare supply rate. This rate is inclusive of VAT.
Standing charge
The standing charge for a 1-year fixed contract is € 5,25 per month (€ 36,36 per year) per connection and per product
The standing charge for a 3-year fixed contract is € 4,90 per month (€ 28,80 per year) per connection and per product
The standing charge for a 5-year fixed contract is € 4,48 per month (€ 39,24 per year) per connection and per product
The standing charge for a variable contract is € 6,99 per month (€ 83,88 per year) per connection and per product

Nuon
Net metering and feed-in fee
Energy generated for own consumption or feed-in is fully offset under net metering.
If more energy is generated than consumed, Nuon offers a feed-in fee of € 0.07 per kWh. This amount is exclusive of VAT.
The situation is different with the Nuon Groen met Zonbonus contract. This is a contract for four years or for an indefinite period. For every kilowatt hour fed back, customers receive 1 or two eurocents ZonBonus, on top of the usual amount for energy fed back. This extra fee is shown separately on the energy bill.
Standing charge for private customers:
Electricity
Nuon's residential standing charge for electricity is € 3,25 per month (€ 39,- per year) per product.
Gas
Nuon's residential standing charge for gas is € 3,75 per month (€ 45,- per year) per product.
Small business (SMEs and self-employed):
Electricity
Nuon's standing charge for electricity for small business customers is € 4,50 per month excl. VAT (€ 54,- per year excl. VAT) per product.*
Gas
Nuon's standing charge for gas for small business customers is € 4,50 per month (€ 54,- per year) per product.**
*The standing charge for electricity for business customers with a Nuon Zakelijk Groen uit is €2,69 per month (€ 32,28 per year). This is exclusive of VAT.
**The standing charge for gas for business customers with a Nuon Zakelijk Gas contract is €3,10 per month (€ 37,20 per year). This is exclusive of VAT.

Oxxio
Net metering and feed-in fee
Oxxio applies a net metering limit equal to the total amount of energy taken by the customer. This limit can be found on the annual statement that Oxxio sends.
Above this limit, energy is fed back, with a feed-in fee based on the bare supply rate applying up to a limit of 5000 kWh. This rate is exclusive of VAT.
For energy fed back above this limit, the customer receives a feed-in fee based on 70% of the bare supply rate, also exclusive of VAT.
Standing charge per year:
The standing charge for an InControl contract (fixed for 3 years) is € 8,- per month (€ 96,- per year) per connection.
The standing charge for an InControl + Samsung Galaxy Tab4 (8 GB) contract (fixed for 3 years) is € 10,- per month (€ 120,- per year) per connection.
The standing charge for an InControl + Apple iPad Air (16GB) contract (fixed for 3 years) is € 14,50 per month (€ 174,- per year) per connection.
The standing charge for an InControl + Lenovo G40-80 laptop with Windows 8.1 contract (fixed for 3 years) is € 14,50 per month (€ 174,- per year) per connection.
The standing charge for an InControl + Apple iPhone 5c (8GB) contract (fixed for 3 years) is € 14,50 per month (€ 174,- per year) per connection.
The standing charge for an InControl + Apple iPhone 5s (16 GB) contract (fixed for 3 years) is € 14,50 per month (€ 174,- per year) per connection + a one-off €200.
The standing charge for an InControl + Apple iPhone 6 contract (fixed for 3 years) is € 14,50 per month (€ 174,- per year) per connection + a one-off €300.
The standing charge for an InControl + Apple iPhone 6Plus contract (fixed for 3 years) is € 14,50 per month (€ 174,- per year) per connection + a one-off €400.

Net metering and feed-in fee
Energy generated for own consumption and feed-in is fully netted at Raedthuis and 100% Pure Energie.
Up to a maximum of 10.000 kWh, the feed-in fee of 100% Pure Energie is the same amount per unit that an energy customer pays as the supply rate. The feed-in fee is exclusive of VAT.
Standing charge for private customers:
The residential standing charge at Raedthuys and Pure Energie is € 2,42 per month (€ 29,04 per year) per connection and per product.
Standing charge for business customers:
The business standing charge at Raedhuys and Pure Energie is € 5,45 per month (€ 65,40 per year) per connection and per product.

Net metering and feed-in fee
There is not much information available about net metering at Robin Energie. For feed-in, the bare supply price is applied. It is unknown whether this is inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
Standing charge per year:
The Robin Energie website currently does not list any rates.

Sepa Green
Net metering and feed-in fee
Energy generated for own consumption and feed-in is fully netted at Sepa Green.
If more energy is generated than consumed, Sepa Green pays for every kWh fed back the same amount the customer pays per kWh taken. This is exclusive of VAT. This applies up to a limit of 5000 kWh per year.
If the feed-in per year is greater than 5000 kWh, Sepa Green applies a feed-in fee of 75% of the supply rate, without energy tax.
Standing charge per year:
Standing charge rates of Sepa Green are not yet known.

The standing charge at UnitedConsumers Stapelkorting for electricity is € 6,60 per month (€ 79,20 per year).
The standing charge at UnitedConsumers Stapelkorting for gas is € 6,72 per month (€ 80,64).
The standing charge at UnitedConsumers Regiokorting depends on the rate charged by the regional supplier.
